I. Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

  • Delivery Timeframe: We offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates within 1 to 7 business days from the date of purchase through our website.

  • Delivery Process: Orders will be delivered to the address specified in your purchase order. The delivery company will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

  • Coverage Areas:

    ⚠️ Important Note: In certain cases, delivery services may be restricted to major city limits. Any remote or outlying areas beyond these boundaries might fall outside our delivery zones. In such cases, we kindly request you to either visit the nearest courier office to collect your shipment or contact us for assistance.

II. International Shipping (GCC & Worldwide)

  • Shipping Rates: For all orders from the GCC and around the world, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery distance. Consequently, shipping fees will be added to the invoice/customer account accordingly.

  • Delivery Timeframe: All orders shipped outside the UAE will take 3 to 10 business days to arrive at the address provided, using the phone number specified on the purchase invoice.

  • Tracking: A shipment tracking number will be provided for all international orders upon the customer's request.

  • Couriers: Orders will be shipped via various courier companies depending on the destination and timing, and customers will be notified accordingly.

III. Order Processing and Dispatch

We will dispatch and deliver your order within 1 to 7 business days after:

  1. For Credit Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard): Payment confirmation is successfully received.

  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD): The order is confirmed either by clicking the link in the confirmation SMS or via a phone call.

Once confirmed, you won't have to wait long. A representative from the shipping company (or a Dar Al Hai Perfumes team member confirming dispatch) will contact you on your registered phone number to coordinate the delivery time.

📞 Please Note: It is essential to answer incoming calls to your phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate the exact drop-off time with you.

Working Days

Please be advised that the official working days at Dar Al Hai Perfumes are from Saturday to Thursday. Delivery services are not available on Fridays, public holidays, or official national holidays.

IV. Tracking Your Order

We love staying connected with you. You can monitor your shipment through the following methods:

  • Waybill/Tracking Number: Use the tracking number provided on the shipping company's website to check the live status, current location, and estimated delivery time of your package.

  • Courier Contact: If a tracking number is unavailable, you will be provided with the mobile number of the specific courier representative handling your package, who will contact you directly to schedule the delivery to your doorstep.

  • Customer Account: You can always log into your personal account on the Dar Al Hai Perfumes website to review your live order status.
